This twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8 will put a smile on you face with it's growl on startup that is addictive. It produces 563-hp, 560lb ft of toque and is paired with an amazing seven-speed automatic transmission. In a straight line, the performance G-class SUVs are shockingly quick, Mercedes claims 5.3 seconds for 0-60 with a top speed of 130mph, snorting like a WWII fighter from its side-exhaust pipes all the way there! When on the gas, this G63 emits a body-tingling bark. This is an SUV that will inject thrills and adrenaline into a typically boring commute. Like the exterior is an exercise of military-spec utilitarianism dipped in luxury. The monster motor under the hood is almost beside the point, the materials, fit/finish are all absolutely up to the specifications with heated, ventilated, electrically adjustable, nappa leather seats and a matching leather dashboard. Exactly what you'd expect of an expensive Mercedes AMG. Two USBs are easily accessible in the center stack, and Bluetooth makes for simple connectivity.
